Safety Note
Ensure that all structures to which lifting appliances are to be fitted are of adequate design and comply with legal requirements. Such structures are normally marked with their "Safe Working Load", have been proof load tested and are regularly inspected and certified in-line with the requirements of the lifting operations and lifting equipment regulations (LOLER) 1998.
When using a combination of equipment, i.e. beam, beam grab and chainblock, then the lowest SWL applies.
